Using the Tutorial Center Your Tutorial Center provides you with important information about our company and your hosting account. It also displays a directory to help you view our Flash tutorials. Your Support Information Page Click on the Support Information link in the left navigation bar. You will see important information about us including contact information, as well as information on our nameservers and useful URLs to help you manage your account. Different Types of Support Getting Started information in both our Knowledgebase (as text help screens) and here in our Tutorial Centre (as animated 'flash' help tutorials). Our Knowledgebase is a searchable group of articles tips, tricks and how-tos of many of the tasks that can be accessed to give you additional information about your website, such as domain information, website content and email. Topics contained in our knowledgebase are, where available, cross referenced to the specific tutorial associated with that task, giving you multiple ways to find and display information about what you want to do. Our Animated Tutorial section is a series of step-by-step movie files that show you exactlly how to complete a specific task, from within a wide variety of topics. Topics contained in our Tutorial Centre are displayed in an index format, grouped into relevant task-related categories. Animated Tutorials Click on any category in the left navigation bar to show summary page with of how to log-in to that type of site, as well as expand a full list of tutorial topics. You may then click on a tutorial topic to watch the tutorial. Movies with voice instructions will show a sound icon next to the title (check your volume level before clicking any of those links). Note: some background images in the movie files may vary slightly to your own situation. To return to the Main Tutorials Directory, simply click the Return To Index button in the top left corner of the tutorials frame. While watching the tutorial, you can use the Playbar at the bottom of the screen to play/replay, pause, rewind, or fast forward the movie.
