Congratulatons. You've had your website installed, and now you are wondering where to go to from here.

There are a number of basic areas that you have access to, each of which has a different function.

  • Manage Your Account, web-domain name, renewals, invoices, access other products and support.,
  • Hosting Control Panel (cPanel) is where you review your website statsistics, configure emails and other technical elemeents of your hosting account.
  • Joomla Admin Panel is where you add and maintain content on your website, and add extra functionality, and
  • Use 'Webmail' to access your emails from any computer with internet access.

Each of these maintain separate logins, for 2 reasons.

  1. First, because each of them are separate (although linked) systems, but mainly,
  2. To allow you to restrict access to each of the different sections, through the use of password protection.

For instance, the person who pays your accounts may not be the same person that receives and reads emails, or adds content to your site, or makes technical changes, or adds extra functionality.

Log-in details will be contained in the 'Welcome' email that we send you once you have placed your order. We keep a copy of all email communications, so if you forget your passwor, you can request that your password be resent to to you, and then log-in to access this and all other correspondence.

If for any reason you mis-place this email, no longer have access to that email address, or you need assistance with logging in to any of the applications, please Contact us.

Within this Small Business Website Support Centre, there are a substantial support references and information available, so feel free to explore around (some areas are password protected).
