As part of our program to expand our services for small businesses, we are developing a gateway for small business to easily and cheaply reach customers or prospects via SMS.

This initial project will be developed over 4 phases in the coming months.

1. Implement a purchasing system for SMS at cost effective rate (in progress)
2. Develop an online gateway for small business to securely access directly from any internet-enabled PC
3. Expand this interface to include email marketing, and
4. Integrate this service intoavailable Customer Relationship Management systems

Further expansions are also planned, including inbound IVR answering capabilities and "contestant" type inbound message receving.We also recognise that there might be certain needs not being met by the marketplace for small business.
