We've been working hard recently to upgrade our Account Management System, and are pleased to announce that works are now almost completed (just requires a few licks of paint as a finishing touch).

Our system includes account management, product managment, online quotes and ordering, order processing (with step-by-step help). It also contains common FAQs, extensive support, and downloadable files and fact sheets.

We hope you find this informative, productive and easy to use. There are also some great features, including:

Better Support

• Enhanced support - The knowledgebase, file downloads and have filled to the brim with just about every conceivable question (and answer)

• Tutorials and help files - Take control of your site with the help of these step-by-step animated help files, from simple tasks through to function for the advanced user.

• Improved support contact system - even if we are all out of the office, we get advised by SMS, and can even attend to your needs whilst away from the office, via our PDAs.

Better Product Purchasing

• Online quotes now available for all products and services.

• Enhanced upgrade and addons - Upgrading/downgrading or buying addons has never been easier!

• New Shopping Cart - It is now possible to order multiple products and pay in one go using a shopping cart, similar to many online stores.

• Choose your preferred payment method - Credit card (via secure Paypal), direct transfer, or mail in.

Better Account Management

• More helpful reminder emails - We now give you more notification that your account will soon be renewed, and our emails now tell you which serice is due for upgrade or renewal.

• Easy access to all past communications and responses, invoices and all product information.

• Adding additional contacts - your accounts team and your technical people can receive information relevant to them, etc

• Individual password controls, with lost & reminder support
