Support System Upgrades - 07/05/2009 13:48
As part of our continuing program to improve services and suport, we have implemented an upgrade to our Support portal. New features include:-
- Domain Auto Renewal
- New customer-only newlstter with information relevant only to clients
- Immediate full or partial refund ability for all invoices
- New online quoting interface, with a one-step quote approva process.
- Enhanced order procesing, with additional information during the order process
- Support for multiple attachments per support ticket reply
- Easier to find knowledgebase articles, assigned to multiple categories
- Improved Invoice format, more easily readable
- Matching quote layout with detailed itemised descriptions
- Batch PDF invoice download generator
- Enhanced PayPal module to include additional products, addons & domains in recurring subscription amount
- Added security questions to allow proving identity of client accounts
- Added password strength testing to all client area password fields with the ability to set a minimum required level for acceptance
In the next 2-3 weeks we'll also be implementing some improvements to existing features. Look out for:-
- A whole suite of webtools to give you more information about your website
- Intergrated support forum to review past solutions to others issues.
- A nice bridge between support tickets, knowledgebase and animated tutorials, and will be linked to each
- an improved interface to our online animated tutorials
- Integration of your cPanel account into your client account (no more seprate logins to setup nerw email addresses)
- Access to online and printable statements
