We are always looking at ways to improve our service to our clients.

So we've introduced a mobile version of our order and support management system (WHMCS), which we can take anywhere and allows us to more quickly respond to support and pre-sales enquiries, no matter where we are.

So whether you've raised a ticket, and are looking for a quicker than normal response, have a question about a sales order, or just need us to approve the transaction quickly, we are always on the spot. (Subject to our crew getting the occasional night off for sleeping).

All of this is hidden in the backend for now, but if it's possible to make our frontend functionality more mobile friendly in the future, we'll be looking at that too.
