Web Interface

Our SMS web interface is the perfect place to start sending messages. Our web interface provides clients with a simple-to-use yet highly functional system for uploading and maintaining a database of Mobile numbers and sending messages. No special training or software is required.

Features of the interface include:

• Phonebooks Maintain detailed phonebooks including individual contacts and group names. No limits are placed on the number of contacts and groups. Phonebooks can be uploaded in .csv format, manually entered via the interface and also downloaded for future editing.
• Simple send functions Messages can be sent to individual contacts or groups with several clicks of the mouse. And if you need to send a message to a number not in your phonebook, this is also available on the 'send message' screen.
• Mail merge functions Upload unique data for your contacts and send personalised messages to thousands of contacts. You can upload up to 10 unique fields for each contact and simply send merged messages to your entire database.
• Multi User Create multiple user logins for your staff and colleagues. Manage these user logins, add/delete new/old members, generate detailed reports by user, and manage the level of access each user has to the functions contained in the interface.
• Log files and reports Log files are maintained for all messages and viewable online. All logs include 4 levels of delivery acknowledgements (scheduled, sent to gateway, sent to network, sent to phone)* and detail message content, destination mobile, sender name, date/time.
• Online Account Top-ups Purchase messages online 24/7 using our secure credit card payment interface.

 Using our interface is simple & easy. Below is a screenshot of the 'sending' screen.

1. Select the contact(s) that you would like to send your message to.
2. Choose when to send this message, and who it comes from.
3. Type your message, or paste it in from another application
4. If your message is to a new contact, enter their details here.
5. Click 'send'.
   

 Its that simple. 

You might also notice that the number of pre-paid messages available are displayed at the bottom of the screen .
