Some of the clients we have successfully completed have come to us after contracting with other suppliers, after waiting for 4-5 months for a product that is never ultimately delivered. 

This sort of service not only gives the industry a bad name, but is poor business practice.

So we'd like to put our money where out mouth is. 

All our web design projects now come with a 30 day guarantee. 

  We will complete your small business we design project within 30 days, or you don't pay the balance. 

From the time that you confirm your order (ussually by payment of deposit), to the time that the site is turned on, if its not live within 30 days, to the professional standard that we've agreed, you do not pay any more for it.

In addition, if within 30 days of going live, everything committed to isn't finished, we'll also refund any deposit that you've paid. This applies to all of our standard small business packages. There are of course some exclusions. Obviously this can't apply to:-

• Custom design projects (where you ask us to design a specific application not already in our portfolio).
• Search Engine Optimisation projects, which can run over some months.
  
• Or where the content or some approval has not been provided by you.

But that's about all. When was the last time you received this sort of iron-clad guarantee? Probably never before. 

If you order, we accept, agree on the times, and we can't deliver, then you don't pay for the remainder of the project.
